Adam M. Neary, CMFC

Leading NLG Wealth Management, Adam offers investors nearing retirement and already retired financial strategies to help create long-lasting income streams, protect principal, mitigate risk, potentially reduce income taxes, as well as plan for their estates. Adam and his team have access to a wide breadth of financial products and services to assist clients toward working toward their goals, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, fixed and variable annuities, life/long term care/disability insurances, and investment advisory services. Wealth management services providing a higher level of account reporting, professional portfolio management and quarterly rebalancing are available to clients who have amassed a significant level of assets and seek to take advantage of someone to help manage their wealth. Through the financial planning process, the NLG Wealth Management team helps clients navigate changes in their lives and lifestyles. NLG Wealth Management clients include multi-generational families, business owners, executives, teachers, public employees, and more. Services are custom-tailored to address unique circumstances and perspectives.

Adam Neary holds securities industry registrations including series 7,63 with LPL, Series 65 with Capital Financial Planning  and the New York State Life, Accident and Health Insurance License. He has received the Chartered Mutual Funds Counselor (CMFC) designation. Adam has been a national conference speaker and mentor to financial advisors. Daniel J. O'Keefe, CFA, CFP®

Dan earned a B.S. degree in finance from the University of Rhode Island. He returned to his native Delmar, NY upon graduation and is active in the local community as a volunteer youth basketball coach. Dan serves on the parish council of St. Peter’s Armenian Church in Watervliet, NY.  Dedicated to continued studies in the industry, Dan has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM designation through Bryant and Stratton College. Dan’s practice is focused on assisting business owners with their unique needs for retirement, estate planning, and business continuity. Dan also works with young professionals to assist them in establishing a disciplined approach to wealth accumulation and management. Dan helps his clients address a wide range of objectives including retirement, education, portfolio construction, and wealth management. Dan enjoys networking with business professionals, community service, sports and physical fitness.





Shelby L. Martin

Shelby was born, raised, and educated in the Capital Region. Shelby came to NLG Wealth Management with significant experience in the banking and customer service industries. In her role as a financial advisor, Shelby helps clients to identify their goals and assists with investment selection. Easy to talk to and a great listener, Shelby readily builds rapport and provides our clients with outstanding service and thoughtful, proactive strategies. Shelby holds securities licenses series 7 with LPL and 66 with LPL and Capital Financial Planning an AAS degree in Business Administration from Fulton Montgomery Community College. When not at work, Shelby enjoys spending time with her fiancée, Ian, her family, and friends. Shelby is the proud parent of an English mastiff, Josie, and enjoys volunteering for a number of community causes.






 Brittany Hedderman, MBA, CFP®

Brittany joined NLG Wealth Management in 2017 after working in healthcare in both management and consulting, as well as luxury retail management. Brittany holds an MBA from Union Graduate College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and marketing from Villanova University. Disciplined and motivated, Brittany has extensive experience in client relations and data analytics. Brittany holds securities licenses series 7 with LPL and 66 with LPL and Capital Financial Planning and is dedicated to continuing her education in the industry. Born and raised in the Capital Region, Brittany enjoys living in Delmar with her husband, Nick. An avid fitness enthusiast, Brittany has completed 2 half-marathons. When she is not working, you might find her running, skiing, or traveling off to her favorite global destinations.










Todd Kletter, Director, Business Services Group

Todd Kletter is a seasoned business leader with an impressive resume of top executive management positions in the consumer staples, packaging, and distribution industries spanning over two decades. Todd’s innate knowledge of the challenges of those “at the helm” enable him to provide strategic perspectives in key areas such as: C-suite executive compensation, key employee retention, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, and risk mitigation. Through advanced strategies, Todd Kletter helps business owners and leaders toward maximizing wealth, modifying risk, and retaining top talent.  Todd joined us to form and lead the Business Services Group in July 2020, to share insights from his own experiences in acquiring and selling companies, managing compensation, growing EBITDA and cash flows, reducing debt, and restructuring businesses including high growth startups and established companies in the $30-$50 million space.

Highlights of Todd Kletter’s Personal and Professional Achievements:


Born and raised in the Capital Region of upstate NY, Todd attended The Albany Academy. Following graduation, he pursued his passion for history at Clark University in Worcester, MA where he completed his honors thesis. Seeking to enhance his business acumen, Todd enrolled in the highly-regarded MBA program at Syracuse University where he excelled in coursework which would amplify his skill-set for his future senior management roles.

Past CEO of Tierra Farm Inc., Managing Partner WA Packaging, CEO Aremac Holdings, CEO National Law Enforcement Supply, President and CEO National Graphic Supply, Strategic Consultant to Several Startup Enterprises.

Following advanced education, Todd returned to the Capital Region to join the family business, National Graphic Supply, where he led the company to enhanced success in his early 20s. Following the tactical, multi-million-dollar sale of the firm, Todd went on to lend his expertise to other area organizations, leveraging opportunities to further profit and productivity, both domestically and internationally, while leading successful mergers and acquisitions, enhancing pro forma, and building value.  A hands-on problem solver and creative forward-thinker, Todd assists business owners, senior executives, and organizations with critical decision-making, with a consultative, results-driven approach.

Family and Community:

Todd enjoys family activities with his wife, Alison, and young daughter, Sydney, as well as spending time with extended family and friends. A sports enthusiast. particularly for the Syracuse Orange and family-favorite Philadelphia Phillies, Todd is an avid golfer and an active member of Wolferts Roost Country Club. Todd strongly believes in giving back to the community and has been engaged in a number of charitable boards, committees, and events for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Albany Medical Center Foundation, Saint Peter’s Hospital Foundation, and Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
